Tuesday, November 16, 2009 Home Alone II I had to do some vinyl work at 0700 at the Best Western about five minutes from the house. Karen left Sibber in the crate when she left fot Tai Chi around the same time. She said that Sibber started to whine and yip by the time she go to the car. After finishing the vinyl job, I drove by the house, coasted to a stop and crept up to the house. Not a sound. On to work then. Back home at 4:30 PM. No mess in the crate. Just a yawning, stretching Sibber ready to be let out.

After a brief time in the back yard we were back in the house. Sibber got his collar off of the chair and brought it over to me. Yes, I guess it was time for a walk. Sibber is a great watchdog. This is going to be a big help on the boat. He'll be aware of people outside the house, or next door out back and he'll bark, come over to us, and go back to wherever it was that first got his attention. Either I, or Karen, will go there to look around. Sibber immediately stops barking and looks between us and wherever he heard whatever he heard. Nicholas came over and ran around like crazy with Sibber. Another a great day! |
